Friends Cath & Alan have been living and working in Amsterdam and I stumbled across these photos they took which featured on Pia Jane Bijkerk's blog. How magical does it look there in the winter! Really beautiful photos.
Pia also recently posted some photos from her stroll through the snowy town of Amsterdam shown below. Makes me want to escape the humidity here in Brisbane for a while and drink hot chocolate in a cozy cafe while it's snowing outside...

ReplyDeleteOh I love Pia Jane Bijkerk! I have this beautiful book she wrote called "Paris: Made By Hand" in which she explores Paris and the many artisans who have shops and studios hidden among the arrondissements. I think you'd really love it. :)
