I'm finding it quite hard to relax at the moment with the wedding being less than 2 weeks away. I've started to develop a cold, spots are appearing and my legs are aching with all the exercise I've been doing. I attended a yoga class last night in the hope it would help me relax but I had quite a restless nights sleep. So today I'm making an extra effort to pause, breath and open my eyes to the little, simpler details around me. Flickr photo by Nathiya.
